Refund policy

This policy applies to professional engagements with Analytics Integration (revenue recognition reviews, contract evidence packs, period-end assurance support, and policy alignment workshops). This website does not take payment; fees are invoiced under a signed engagement letter.

Eligibility for refunds

Refunds are considered only for fees actually paid to us under an engagement letter. Informational price ranges on the website create no payment obligation and no refund entitlement.

Cooling-off and cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we begin substantive work (scoping kick-off completed and evidence requests issued), we refund prepaid fees in full within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the cancellation, minus any non-refundable third-party costs we have already incurred with your written approval.

Cancellation after work has started

Once fieldwork, sampling, or workshop preparation has started, prepaid fees are refundable only on a partial basis: unused days or unused scope modules may be refunded, calculated against the engagement fee schedule. Time already spent — including planning, file review, interviews, and draft findings — is non-refundable.

Deposits

Where an engagement letter requires a deposit to reserve a close-calendar slot, the deposit is credited to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel within ten (10) business days of the agreed start date, because that slot cannot reasonably be refilled.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least ten (10) business days’ notice and an alternative date within sixty (60) days is agreed. Later or repeated rescheduling may incur a fee covering preparation already completed and diary disruption, disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows and delayed access

If agreed workshops or on-site days cannot proceed because required stakeholders or systems access are unavailable without at least two (2) business days’ notice, that allocated time is charged as delivered and is not refundable. We will offer to re-book remaining scope where practical.

Work already delivered

Completed deliverables — findings memos, evidence packs, workshop outputs, and walkthrough materials — are non-refundable once issued. Dissatisfaction with conclusions that remain within the agreed scope is not grounds for a refund; we will discuss clarifications under the engagement letter’s quality process.

Purchased materials and third-party costs

Any materials, data extracts, or specialist tools purchased specifically for your engagement with prior approval are non-refundable once ordered.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method unless we agree an alternative (for example bank transfer to the paying entity). You remain responsible for any bank charges levied by your institution.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email reviews@analytics-integration.digital with your engagement reference, organisation name, and reason. You may also call +44 079 1671 3921. We confirm receipt within three (3) business days and state whether a full, partial, or no refund applies under this policy and your engagement letter. Where the letter sets stricter commercial terms, the letter prevails for that engagement.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer cancellation rights, if any apply to your status, are not limited by this policy. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law remain available.
